Feed Your Heart, Mind & Soul at LifeQuest
Studies show that staying active, feeling connected to your peers, and continued learning are ways to improve the quality and length of your life.  LifeQuest of Arkansas provides these opportunities through our various educational programs for adults – but with no tests or grades!  We offer three 8-week terms per year: winter, spring and fall; as well as a 4 week-summer term.  Class topics include history, politics, current events, religion, arts & crafts, book discussions, Tai Chi and more!
